Refund & cancellation policy

We aim for transparent, fair handling of cancellations and refunds. Here's how it works.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

Refund eligibility

Eligible cancellations receive a maximum of 50% refund of the booking amount. Full refunds are not provided.

Processing time

Refunds are processed within 3 business days. Actual bank timelines may vary.

Partial refunds

For rentals already started, we calculate a prorated refund based on unused days.

No-show policy

No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of the booking amount.

Email or WhatsApp us with your booking details to initiate a refund request. We'll confirm within 24 hours.
