Refund Policy

At Suryacarz, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our customers. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure a transparent and fair refund policy for your peace of mind.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible cancellations will receive a maximum of 50% refund of the booking amount. No full refunds are provided.

3. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3 business days. Actual bank timelines may vary.

4. Partial Refunds

For rentals already started, we calculate a prorated refund based on unused days.

5. No-Show Policy

No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of booking amount.

6. Refund Requests
