01 — General terms

Clauses 1 — 19

  1. 1Driving above 80 km/h: 1st instance — ₹1,000 fine, 2nd instance — ₹500. Permitted speed is 80 km/h.
  2. 2Tyre misuse due to bad terrain or driving on damaged tyres will result in actual tyre replacement cost being charged.
  3. 3Traffic violations will incur a ₹1,000 penalty in addition to the actual fine.
  4. 4Unauthorised activity (e.g., arms, intoxication, commercial use) will attract a ₹5,000 penalty.
  5. 5Tampering with GPS / speed governor: ₹15,000 + actual repair cost.
  6. 6Delay in return: ₹300/hour plus per-hour rental rate. If not paid, ₹500/day penalty applies. Premium cars (Scorpio N, Scorpio Classic S11, Thar ROXX) are charged at ₹250/hour — see the per-car pricing on the booking page.
  7. 7Extensions must be informed 4 hours before end time. If not available, full-day charge will apply.
  8. 8Unclean returns: ₹500 (minor cleaning), ₹1,500 (major cleaning).
  9. 9Failure to return original documents: ₹5,000 + actual documentation charges.
  10. 10Driving under influence or health risks: full security deposit forfeited + actual damages charged.
  11. 11Intentional damage (e.g., driving after an accident or in extreme conditions) will incur full damage liability.
  12. 12Carrying passengers beyond legal limit: ₹5,000 fine + user is liable for legal actions.
  13. 13Carrying animals illegally: ₹20,000 penalty.
  14. 14Smoking inside vehicle: ₹1,000 + damage to interiors if any.
  15. 15Ferrying passengers / goods for commercial reward is strictly prohibited.
  16. 16Vehicle is provided without fuel; up to 300 km/day. If you use company fuel, fuel charges apply. No refund for extra fuel left.
  17. 17Damages: minimum liability is ₹1,00,000. No insurance for damage under ₹1L. Rent must be paid while vehicle is at the service centre.
  18. 18Instant security deposit return on drop-off if there was no damage to the car.
  19. 19No refunds for early return of the vehicle.
02 — Fixed damage charges (clause 20)

Pre-published rates so there's no negotiation at handover. Any damage not listed here is invoiced at actual repair cost.

Clause 21

  1. 21Repairing the vehicle without prior approval: ₹10,000 penalty.
